This is a bit of guerilla street poetry I came across in Birmingham... I love that someone is going around doing this! More please!

but what does it mean?

i took this picture after seeing this odd sight a few days in a row while out & about... it looks like something you'd see in a Modern Art gallery hehe the full bottle represents the indulgence of Western Society while the empty represents blah blah hehe

it makes a good picture tho huh? :)
